SpamBye values its users' privacy. This policy explains how the App processes (and does not process) your personal data.

2. Data Collected

SpamBye does not collect, send to servers, or share any personal data with third parties. Specifically:

• Your messages: The content of your SMS messages is processed only locally on your device. No message content ever leaves your device.
• Filtering rules: All filtering rules and settings are stored on your device.
• Statistics: Statistics such as the number of blocked messages are kept only on your device.
• Personal information: Your name and profile information are stored only on your device.

3. On-Device Processing

All filtering operations of SpamBye are performed entirely on your device. The App works without an internet connection. Your messages are never sent to any server.

4. Sharing with Apple

• Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• SpamBye uses Apple's Message Filtering (ILMessageFilterExtension) API. This API guarantees that message content stays on the device.

5. Third-Party Services

SpamBye does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using iOS-native storage mechanisms. Data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device encryption.

7. Data Deletion

You can permanently delete all your data from Profile > Delete Profile and Data. All local data is also automatically removed when you delete the App.

8. Children's Privacy

SpamBye is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through in-app notifications.
